Dr. Kristin Eastman

Dr. Eastman is a Board Certified Dermatologist in her home state of Alaska. She attended medical school at the University of Washington School of Medicine. After an internal medicine internship at the University of Nevada, she completed a Dermatology residency at the University of Wisconsin, serving as chief resident during her final year. Following her training, she returned to Alaska and has been in private practice since 2016, and founded Swiftwater Dermatology in 2019.

Dr. Eastman is a diplomat of the American Board of Dermatology, and a fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology. She is skilled in all areas including surgical, medical and cosmetic dermatology and treats patients of all ages. Dr. Eastman has authored several peer-reviewed publications and given presentations on multiple dermatologic subjects.

Dr. Eastman is married and has two children. On her days off you will find her outside enjoying Alaska’s vast wilderness with her family.
